CTC & Associates has provided project administration and technical communication services to the Clear Roads winter maintenance pooled fund study since 2004. Organized under TPF-5(092) and now TPF-5(218), the study currently has 39 member DOTs from around the country. CTC’s work for Clear Roads includes organization and facilitation of twice-yearly meetings with members, coordination of problem statement solicitation and development, support to members in project oversight, production of technical summaries of completed projects, website hosting and maintenance, and publication of the Winter Maintenance E-Newsletter.
