Synthesis reports
CTC conducts Web and telephone research to gather existing research and practices on topics across the business areas of a state transportation agency. We analyze and synthesize the findings in readable, annotated reports, noting gaps and opportunities in the available information. We produce these mini-research reports in six to eight weeks, making them an effective tool for DOT managers charged with making policy decisions, for field staff looking for new and better ways to complete projects, and for research managers prioritizing research needs and technology transfer opportunities.
