CTC & Associates assisted with all aspects of Oklahoma DOT’s three-day virtual peer exchange: strategic planning; agenda development; planning and logistics; meeting facilitation; note-taking during all presentations and discussions; and writing the final report. The peer exchange focused on two broad topics: engagement and participation in research by agency stakeholders and the impacts and effect of the IIJA/BIL on SPR programs.
