New England Transportation Consortium: 2024 Research Peer Exchange

CTC & Associates assisted with all aspects of the three-day peer exchange hosted by the New England Transportation Consortium (NETC), from strategic planning and agenda development to facilitating discussions and note-taking throughout the event. CTC also wrote the final report, documenting insights related to the three topics areas highlighted during the peer exchange: engaging subject matter experts, optimizing research budget and staff, and facilitating technology transfer.
