Iowa DOT: 2024 Research and Innovation Peer Exchange
Client: Iowa Department of Transportation
CTC & Associates assisted with all aspects of the three-day peer exchange hosted by Iowa DOT, from strategic planning and agenda development to facilitating discussions and taking notes throughout the event. CTC also wrote the final report, documenting insights related to the two primary topics highlighted during the peer exchange: innovation program structures and challenges, and encouraging and promoting innovation across the agency and the state.
CTC also produced a two-page executive summary that showcases the highlights and key takeaways from the event.
