CTC assists with planning, facilitating and documenting peer exchange conferences that help agencies learn from the practices and experiences of others. This low-cost tech transfer mechanism uses face-to-face discussions and presentations to quickly and effectively bring new information into an organization. We have supported FHWA-required research program peer exchanges, as well as exchanges for various program areas within the DOT.
