CTC & Associates worked closely with Mississippi DOT to organize, write and design an updated manual detailing all steps and key considerations of the agency’s processes for federally funded research. CTC also developed a companion manual—available on Mississippi DOT’s intranet—further detailing internal agency processes related to staff responsibilities and contracting.
